Many conventions have chosen to move to college campuses as a one-stop-shop for meeting spaces and accommodations.
The Clinics and banquet will be held on the main college campus located at the corner of West 5th and Fennell Avenue West.
The Residence & Conference Centre Hamilton, located on the Mohawk College campus, is able to offer a group block of modern and affordable two-bedroom suites (physical address: 245 Fennell Avenue West, Hamilton ON L9C 7V7).
Each two bedroom suite includes:
- 2 private bedrooms with a double bed, desk and lamp
in each bedroom - Shared kitchenette with full sized fridge and
microwave (no stove) - Shared 3-piece washroom (shared between the 2
bedrooms)
The special NMRA rate is $112.95+hst per night and includes complimentary overnight parking and Wi-Fi. The room is actually a suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette.
Upon check in at the Residence guests will receive their parking code with instructions. All vehicles must be properly registered (instructions provided at check in).
Reservations are based on two-bedroom suites. The Residence does not pair individual guests.
Non-overnight guests must purchase parking at registration. Friday night parking is $12 and Weekend parking is $5 per day and licence plate supplied at registration to avoid a parking ticket. Prices are subject to change.
The Residence features a TV Lounge on the 4th floor which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It may be possible for an informal slide viewing period should there be any interest.
